Consultation - Home Staging
All of our services start with an initial Consultation and Walk-Thru. This would be acting exclusively as a Consultant, giving advice and information at a meeting maybe also in a subsequent Action Plan.This service will include providing contact so that our clients can proceed with presenting their home themselves and options for further participation at negotiated fees. We will do a walk through of the home and view the exterior to make suggestions that will improve the home value. An Action Plan that includes a list of things that would improve the home value will be given to the home seller at the end of the consultation. We will also suggest two or three contractors/services wherever possible. This type of service usually ranges between 2 to 3 hrs.
This service is a flat rate of $149.99
Online Home Staging/Redesign
We'll walk through each room of your home using the photos you submit and make in depth, thorough recommendations for EACH area of your home including the exterior. We'll provide expertise as to landscaping, painting, lighting, flooring, furniture rearrangement, accessories, etc., so that your home appearance is at its best and it appeals to the majority of home buyers or just you and your family.
The cost of this service is $49.00
Half Day of Professional Home Staging
After the Consultation we spend a half day working off our detailed Action Plan making dramatic alterations to your home. We will provide instant support for de-cluttering. With our creative staging techniques you will see immediate results! Goods will be charged properly. The detailed Action Plan will be given to the Home Seller at the end of the session in to complete the transformation.
The cost of this service is $399.00 plus materials needed
Full Day of Professional Home Staging
We will spend a full day working off our detailed Action Plan. This will be hands on staging and liaisons with any contractors which are employed (and so are responsible rather than the client). Some trades can be contracted directly to the homeowner and paid by them. Our client house is given an appearance enhancement; this includes staging a home that doesn't have any furniture. The Action Plan will be given to the Home Seller at the end of the session to complete the transformation.
The cost of this service is $499.00-$599.00 plus materials needed
Consultation - home redesign
This would be acting exclusively as a consultant, giving advice and information after a walk through. Advice and information may cover fabrics, furniture, accessories, layout decoration, and color schemes. An Action Plan will be drafted that includes a list of things that would enhance the home appearance. This type of service usually ranges between 1 to 2 hrs.

Home Redesign – one day home makeovers!
If a client wants a new look throughout their home without structural modification or major furniture changes then we could provide the solution. We will transform the rooms in their home by shopping their own home and using the existing furniture and accessories. This is an alternative to traditional interior designing; The results are instant and the cost is MUCH less!
The cost of this service is $249.99 for 3 rooms ($99.00 for each additional room)
Organizing
We offer advice and assistance on removing clutter which may have built up over many years. We frequently find it tough to see our own clutter and become use to how this looks, and often being too busy to deal with it. Specific items and changes are made and then an action plan to maintain a clutter-free zone is drafted.
